Scientist are exploring the possibilities of life on other planets for many centuries, and Mars is the major one and many exploration have been done by NASA too. The pictures of Mars planet with close looks are now available for normal users, thanks to NASA for presenting this.
Thanks to the Android app called Mars Images from Powellware which has provided all of us with some of the cool pictures of Mars which can be directly viewed on your Android phone. When you first open this application you will get the list of images thumbnails along with the description and the list has around 20 photos or many more are expected in the future.

These images are exclusively from the Mars Exploration Rover. You can scroll through the latest images of Mars and view them in full screen mode also available to zoom. This application will work for all the Android powered phones.
Mars Images Download
The Mars Images application can be downloaded from Android Market for your Android phone. From your phone open Android Market application and search out for Mars Images, then from the results select this app and then click on Install button to use this application.
