Sony and LG are the two brands which have earlier promised that they will be bouncing back in the competition of Android phones sales. And as they said this has happened with a series of handsets coming for LG and Sony discontinued with Ericsson has launched Xperia S, Z Series Walkman and Xperia Ion which proves that they want to give tough fight to Samsung which is the leading manufacturer of Android smartphones and tablets.
Here comes the Sony ST25i Kumquat Android smartphones, which is not officially announced by Sony yet, but here are the specifications of the device.
Sony ST25i is powered with NovaThor U8500 chipset with 1 GHz dual core processor with a 3.5” LCD capacitive touchscreen display just like iPhone 3GS. The version of Android used is Gingerbread 2.3.7 and the device adds LED backlit with multi touch input to the screen with a maximum resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. Just like other Sony handsets, it will be using the Sony Mobile BRAVIA Engine to provide reality display. The Mobile BRAVIA by Sony provides reality display screen with superior HD quality at 720p. Along with that Sony ST25i Kumquat will provide the best entertainment experience via Sony Entertainment Network providing unlimited music access and video download. Just like other Sony handset this will enrich the gaming via PlayStation certification added to it.

It will be a 3G ready mobile phone and comes with internet access via Wi-Fi too. It has a Lithium ion battery with unknown specifications. The other features and specifications of the handset are still unknown
